took 30.00 dollars from my account without my authorization. Bank represenative and I di ad 3 way call to the number listed. Talked with a rep there who gave me a refund code. I called on 6-19 but no one answers the phone on any menu I push. I pretty sure I'll never see my 30.00 again. I'm just concerned that they may try to hit me for more money in the future.

  • I'm beginning to think the same thing. We never signed up for it but $30 was taken out of my account. I got the number from my bank and called and they said my refund would be processed. I then got an email that said it would take 7 to 10 days. By this time it still hadnt been refunded so i called and the rep said up to 15 business days. Well, I am on my 20th day right now. I called again yesterda and the rep said 2 to 5 more business days. I spoke to a supervisor who was a jerk and he said it just takes 2 to 5 more days. I would like to know how they can take it right out of the account but takes forever to get a refund! This a huge scam!
