i purchased a hdr cx-12 camcoder from online media collection. i did payment by my debit card on pay point (£214) on 16/06/12. they said they will deliver me camcoder on 19/06/12. but i did not received any thing. i have all receipts. can u plz tell me how i will receive my money back.
