I discovered a 29.95 charge to a credit card I have not been using. It was from a company I never heard of Shopping Essentials. I went to thier website and it asked for a membership number. I didn't have one so I called my credit card company. they conferenced in a Shopping Essentials employee who said I joined in January of this Year when I purchased something by phone. Shopping Essenntials could not tell me what company sighned me up or any other information about how I became a member. After a lot of effort and speaking to several people they cancelled my membership and refunded the July payment. They refused to refund any other payments and my credit card company refuses to refund any past charges.

I find it upbelievable that some unidentifible person from an unidentifible organization who supposidely received a call from me can sign me up for something I did not agree to buy and I cannot get a refund of my money.

This is a unqualified license to steal.

thank you
Margie Lee
