I ordered a St.Louis Rams Car Magnet from this site and after 9 days of not receiving anything I sent an email requesting information on the shipping status and I got no response from them so I called them On 6/14/2012 and a man answered not using a company greeting and says my order was to be shipped the next day. But still nothing came in nor an email to confirm shipping. So today at 7pm I decide to look for complaints and sure enough I found some saying this place is a fraud and they too did not get their orders even after a year of waiting. I contacted NFL to let them know that they are using their logos and names to lure people. I will post the information I have about them below.

Dear Ms. Watson...Unfortunately we were out of stock on the item you ordered and that was our fault. Under a new management team we are desperately working to prevent mistakes like this...However stating damages of $17.99 is totally false as we never billed you!
We sincerely regret this error and are, as stated previously, working hard to prevent these situations in the future...
If you are interest, we will send you a free Rams item to compensate for this errors...
