on june 11, 2012 i faxed a contract for a loan of 3000.000 to kerry & wright with a collateral payment of 408.75. They then requested another 400.00'; a 300; a 200.
On june 18, 2012 they promised to put the money in my account. At approx 1830 hrs, supervisor Mendez called to inform me that the lenders backed out. He has another lender for 5000.00 as soon as I send 400.00 for a fee. I then demanded my loan money that they had promised. He refused! Can you help!
