Zip local came to my business and promised me the rate of calls would go up 22%. I am a realist, I know there is a chance that wouldn't happen. It didn't of course. Not one phone call fom customers! However after checking my ad (I sent three emails to correct the mistakes) I realized it was wrong and there were misspelled words and also products in the add I no longer carried that I had them take off.....so I thought. The next phone call I received was from their collection agency or attorney trying to collect 900.00 plus dollars for an ad that was not correct! Even the phone number was wrong! I was told too bad I signed the contract pay or get sued. Well I guess I am getting sued. It's a shame that Zip Local will not admit the mistake and leave me alone! I paid 150 plus dollars for the priviledge of getting sued! If I ran my business that way I would be without customers! Yellow pages are a dying form of advertising I should have just said no!
