I purchased Microsoft office 2010 for 139.99. I was unable to get the program to complete download after several tries. I contact the company immediately and requested a refund. Here it is 06/18/2012 and I am still having to write letters to my credit card company defending my request for the refund. These guys are malicious and they do not honor their refund policy. Run to another site with a good reputation.
