I contracted with Shanghai Sourcing LTD, 188, Fujian Middle Road, Suite 1406-1407, Sino Trans Tower, Shanghai, China, 200001 to manufacture plastic dropper tubes with a lead time of 60 days in May, 2011. I wire transferred them USD 3400.00. The samples they made were not satisfactory and they changed the manufacturer on their own who could not deliver on quality. Finally, after one year, Edward Fan,so called "CEO" informed that he wants to start the project all over from scratch and refused to refund the money. I got absolutely nothing for my $ 3,400.00!
Please stay away from this company. Mr. Edward Fan is just a skimmer who makes money of other peoples back. Your best bet is to deal with the manufacturer directly. Chinese people are hard working people and most of them will not cheat you.
