They charged me the fees for upgrade the software while I have already send them the request of cancel the trial of the software. They ignored my request and charged me without authorization. I have send at least 4times the request of cancellation to the support center of the website and every time there is only an automatic generated reply and no further explanations to me. there is no other way to contact this website and there is not any option on their site where you could cancel your deal. In their policies it claimed that you can cancel the deal in the trial period or otherwise they would automatically upgrade the deal. The fact is that I almost sent the request of cancellation as soon as I started the trial because the software seems so useless !
