I puchased their starter kit e-cig for $4.95, and I even paid an extra $4.95 to have it shipped faster, which it didn't. and then 14 days later I get a charge for $114.95. I am livid by this point. So I find out that their are some hidden terms and conditions that say that I got it for a "trial period", which was not stated when purchasing the product! I want my money back. This is robbery. This business needs to be shut down!

- I managed to get a hold of the management and they gave me a full refund. issue resolved.
