My elderly mother looking for pain relief, purchased what she thought was a sample of the product for $19.99 on 4/23. Five days later she received the product which stinks and is nothing more than cheap camphor that can be purchased at any pharmacy for less than $5.00. On 5/16 she called to cancel any future shipments of the product. She was told that that 14 day trial had ended, even thought she had not received the product for a full 5 days. In other words that trial starts not when you receive the product to try, but the minute you place the order. How can you try the product, if you don't have it in your possession for 5 days, the trial is not 14 days as advertised, but less than 10 days. American Express refuses to reverse the charge, even though the site is a fraud. The trial offer is really $100.00 not $ 19.99 as advertised. There are hundreds of complaints against this scum of a company. This is not pain management. FDA should be ashamed of itself for allowing such a product on the market, under the guise of "Pain managment."
