John Mckengie, called my house and said that I had won 1.5 million dollars,and said that I had to go to k-mart or walmart and purchase a green dot card take reload card for $355. to give to whoever comes to my door. I was to call him back when I purchased the card. John Mckenzie called me back at about 3:40 PM to see if I had purchased the card, I told him that I didn't have the money and he asked if I could borrow the money from someone because they would hand me a check for 1.5 million and I would be able to pay back what I borrowed AND he changed the amount to $250. I told him that I shouldn't have to pay to get what I had won, and if he wanted to deliver the money to bring a Char, Meck.policeman with them and hung up. the phone # that he gave me is 1-310-735-4264 he said that he was calling from Washington DC
