On my last trip to Mexico City on my return I have had a very bad experience, well worst than before. For some reason always at that airport is always something wrong:
I arrived about three hours prior to my departure, I was on line and when it was my turn I walked to the podium and I gave to your employee my passport and my reservation papers and also my SkyMiles card # (Personal Info Removed), your employee returned my card not even look at, then she was just looking the computer over and over and after about ten minutes I asked if it was any problem and she said no I jus placed you in standbay, I said no you can not do that and her response was the flight is overbook and maybe you got your ticket late, I said no my ticket is confirmed and if I will be on standby is volunteer and I need to be in LA early that is the reason I reserved in flight 19 and not in 644 or 648, she said very rude to me you need to show up at 0910 at podium # 93 for the standby list, I repeated to her that I need to go in that flight then she told me maybe you can take one is departirng at 0230 PM, I said no and I asked for her manager and she responded he will tell you the same I am telling you, all my friend and family always make comments about how the employees are in Mexico City looks they own the airport or they are giving you the flight for free. I promise myself that I will never fly again in aeromexico is many others carriers with good service. I am expecting for someone to take time to give one answer about this situation and the previous I never reported but is the last one I am taking in, please give me a response this via or regular mail.

Also please check for me if in my two flights I got my miles, my reservation # is:
AM/DMVZBH.
Ah I forget to mention that the passenger seat next to me got his tickets on 05-24 to travel on 05-25 and 05-29 and when he arrived at the ticket counter he got his boarding pass with seat assigned right away, I do not know why I did not. I just wrote an amount because if not I am not able to submit this.
