An offer pop-out on a screen of my PC offering $1,000.00 gift card to Walmart when you select two out of many programs offered by different companies. I selected Family Safe Life which offered free trial of their service-monitoring your credit cards, e-mail and others for 7 days. I selected family coverage for $29.99/months provided that I'll continue program after 7 days promotional period. Next day my bank account show that charge. Try to call Family Safe Life with no answer, just recorded message that office is closed. Tried to mail e-mail at supprt@Family Safe Life.com-wrong address.One more chance is left to call them during the week at 866-549-6428. I hope to resolve this issue before reporting that company to a Federal Trade Commission and BBB.I'll keep you posted.
