Kitten was advertised on Craigslist as 7 weeks old, when it was only 6 weeks old. I would not have bought it if I had known its actual age. Moreover, I couldn't put money down and pick it up until older because its mother was no longer there. I was assured it was healthy but it was already sick with a virus which I didn't discover until a couple days afterward. I took the kitten to the vet and spent nearly $300 trying to save it but it died 5 days after I bought it. The Muses have refused to return my payment even though they have told me at least twice that they would. They will not give a reason for why they have changed their minds about the refund. Kayla Muse is a minor and violated the terms of use of Craigslist since she is not 18, but 13. I would at least like to get back what I paid for the kitten. I am not even asking for reimbursement for the vet bill. I think that is very reasonable.
