After reading everything and saw that getting a complete refund was no problem I paid the money. I started having computer problems and new I could not do this without a computer, so I asked for a refund. Didn't hear anything and finally got a call, told them my problem and they said no problem, you can expect your refund within 7 business days. That never happened, so 3 more times I emailed them (using a friends computer) they wrote back and said I had to call to get a refund, which I did, then they told me I had to download some form, fill it out and fax it them, like everybody has a fax machine. Then when I tried to log in to the company it says page can not be found, now I can't even communicate with them!!! I thought this would be good for me since I don't drive, but now I have to use somebody elses computer and then run around trying to find fax machine. I just want my money back!!!!
