Yes, they got my grandpa on this one. Bank of America said it was a phone transaction, and they used an older check number. So tired of this.
In these cases, I've noticed US Bank was better than BofA at catching fraudulant activity. It has happened a little too much with BofA. I think he'll switch to US Bank.
