This online webstore is a scam. You can not contact them by email (no response) or phone (voicemail).
When you place an order you get a order number but when you log in again on their website to check status your order has dissapered!
They offer free returns, lower prices etc.
Its all to get attract you as a customer.
Do NOT buy at this website!

They are not yet listed as fraud, I checked before I ordered.
Hopefully my report and others in the near future will make them known as frauds...

Solved. They issued a refund within 2 days. Their response;Because of your wrong report to Scambook, our company has been losing many customers and getting financial loss.

If you don't ask Scambook to correct the case within 10 days, I will meet a lawyer to prepare a legal action. Your wrong post is damaging our company.

  • Hi, My name is James, manager of LuxeBagAndGift.com. I checked the Scambook today and am dissappointed with the person who filed complaints. "bezzef" placed an order at our site on June 16, 2012 and she requested to cancel the order same day, because she said it's mistake. So, I canceled the order and issued a refund Monday, June 18, 2012. Because June 16 is Saturday. She requested to cancel the order and filed complaint same day here in Scambook, said our site is scam. We have a physical store at Hollywood(6801 Hollywoood Blvd., Hollywood, CA 90028) and we have been doing business over 8 years. I think she had to consider the siutation before filing this complaints. She made mistake to place an order at our site and filed a complaints. Filing complaints without responsiblity is killing small business like ours, and, if we issued a refund, we have to pay the transaction fee to credit card company. I hope 'bezzef' not to damage business like us in the future.
