I bought the 24hour tech support in 2010 I have suspected it was phony. It scans tell me about spyware Cookies. I clear them. If i do another scan right away I get the same results.

- They are the worse. They lied to me too stealing my money. Simply call your credit card company and dispute the charge. You need to hurry before they close their doors. They filed for bankruptcy giving all of their employees final notice doors closing in 60 days (or less). You have a strong case with your bank and should be able to chargeback the charge since they were unable to deliver on their services. Good luck!
