My bank account had an external withdrawal done by this company through an electronic listing that supposedly was authorized by my husband. This was NEVER authorized by him or myself, but since they had account number & routing number they were able to do this without our knowledge until after it was done, meaning we lost our money & the bank could not do anything to retrieve it. This may not seem like a lot of money, but we live on a very small budget--so losing it was devastating to us. It also led to me having to close our account & open a new one to ensure this would not happen again!!
