I was scammed by Paul Lynch of Mr Lbx who claims to be a SEO expert, maybe he is but he took $1,100 of me for his VIP Package and never produced the goods, this was back in April. Several emails were sent to his help desk and they were answered but still nothing materialised. I am now $1,100 down and all i wanted to do was earn a little extra money.

  • you should immediately file a dispute with Paypal, they will tell you their 45day policy means you cannot receive help from them, keep at their throats, make your complaint about this scam as vociferous as possible, explain the 45day policy is useless when it takes anywhere from 60-90days before the scam really kicks in, keep using paypal's email page and record all messages, paypal should receive multiple reports on this scam - the more people that paypal receive complaints from the more chance this scammer will get off paypal and monies will be refunded - if you paid by credit card your bank should also step up to support you
