- email then directly, i finally got an answer from [email protected], also try [email protected], its happening to lots of people, i got a reply and the said they would refund my money minus a £5 admin charge, they said within 30days, ill let you know wehn i get it, please also tell office of fair trading, they have lots of complaints already, lets get these con artists shut down, good luck
