Shop-Cora.com I, too, fell for the great price of the boots I wanted ($120 vs $200+ at other)

Was looking for Frye Boots and found the pair I wanted at several sites for over $200. Then, saw shop-cora.com and their $120.00 add (it even said that they had about 60 pairs in inventory). I should have known better when I could only pay via Paypal.
Now, I have no boots, and no money. Went back to the site and clicked on shipping/returns (it’s an empty page). Phone number-doesn’t work. Checked Paypal account, and payment went to two separate people in China. Searched Scam sites and found a lot of victims. Obviously, Paypal is aware of them. So - to all of their other victims, this is the email that I sent to Paypal today (and I intent to honor my promise)
Dear Paypal: I ordered shoes from shop-cora.com transaction # 89F44916UR320581K and have not received them, I went back to the website to look for shipping details (none were found) - I looked for the phone # (it is not a valid phone number). I then did a search on the web re complaints and fraud regarding shop-cora.com and found hundreds of instances of people ripped off by shop-cora.com. As they only accept Paypal, Paypal is obviously aware of them - I found instances of many people who reported their fraudulant transactions to Paypal and that Paypal would not reverse the transacations. I Am asking you to please issue a reversal of payments and Credit my Visa and Paypal account. If I do not receive satisfaction within 10 days I intend to have my attorney contact the other claimants and launch a Class Action Lawsuit against Paypal for continuing to provide payments to a website that they have knowledge to be fraudulant.
Thank you - I look forward to receiving my refund in a timely fashion.

- Hi, I just posted a recommendation that everyone who was scammed by Shop-Cora call Paypal to file a report by phone. By calling, I got much more done than my online report, with a strong chance of getting a refund. The more complaints Paypal gets, the sooner Shop-Cora will be shut down. You need to go to paypal.com in order to make a request to call them. They'll give you a 6-digit number to use when you call. Good luck, Andrea
