Met this so called Mr. Vaughn on the internet. He led me to believe he was an antique dealer from Delaware & had an emergency in England - his sculptures, worth a fortune, were held at customs & he had to fly there to pay to release them. Got robbed which I didn't believe until he said the jewelry (bracelet/necklace) were stolen & the last present he got from his parents prior to their passing. He provided me a copy of his passport along with personal photos. 1st Western Union: $300 2nd Western Union $600 (wires weren't received) & hotel was going to throw him out. Wire sent for $2,600 & another for $7,500. I got $7,100 returned from the 2nd wire as the account was closed due to fraud. The phone # left for me to call when he supposedly returned to the states was 321-292-5009. I'll except any amount you can get back from the scumbag.
