USA cash advance promised me a loan of 1900.00 dollars, but I had to pay taxes I owe of a waived price of 190.00 which I sent through western union to them to their main branch office in India which kinda threw me off in fact from the beginning because its not in the United States. By me calling the California State Franchise tax board made their story believable. so I sent 190.00 with the 10.00 fee MTCN: 9635165335 I want that total of 200.00 dollars plus 1,000. 00 pain and suffering for the rent I wanted to pay with that loan. can I be helped at all...
