I bought 4 nation ties approximately 4 years ago. I never reached the mileage warranty on the tires.

I had to replace the tires because the seller said that the side walls were rotting and they needed to be replaced because they were leaking air through the side walls. I purchased the tires at:

They never checked the tire tread wear or even offered to check it out. I believe they should have done this
since I purchased the first set of tires from them and I was in the system and also just as a matter of good business practice. They disposed the old tires for which I was charged for. Now they say they cannot
warranty the tires because they have been disposed of.

They said it would have been covered under the Manufacture Defect warranty. They said they cannot warranty the tires since they have disposed of them already.

I don't believe this was fair and not my fault As a representative of National tires, they know all the rules related to the warranties & manufacture defects. and failed to check the tread wear.

I trusted Northwest Tire Company to act in my best interest in representing your National tires

I should have gotten a replacement of the tires at no cost or at the least I fair discount because the tires were defective.

Where does National tire stand on this issue.
