I paid David Land, (DBA) Texas Roof Leak, $2600.00. He was supposed to repair my tile roof and install a waterproof membrane (bitstream) on one section of my roof. After his "repair", my roof leaked worse than ever and in 4 more places, including rain pouring down my chandelier. It ruined all of my drywall ceiling, my leather couch, an antique organ and a sisal rug, along with damage to my saltillo floors. He refused to come back to repair and now will not answer, nor return my calls. Another roofer inspected the roof, and said the membrane was only installed in a small area, and there was no way it wasn't going to leak.
