Ordered a bag from this company on the 27th of Dec 2011, never receive the product, they said that they processed the refund on the 13 th of April. I was contacted by a man named Jason from realpay to say that it will take 15 days to process, never happen, asked again, he said might take 30 days. Until now I haven't receive anything and realpay is not answering anymore emails from me. Style-snob blocked my ip add too, so I cannot send them an email. They don't have any conscience whatsoever.
