I ordered two coach bags online. The money was taken from my account on June 4, 2012. I have not received the merchandise I ordered. There is no contact info given so that I can pursue a refund. I am asking my banking institution for assistance.

Melanie~ I ordered june 1 from www.coachoutletus.biz I still have no received my purses. Not only that, I went to the website that I just mentioned and it has been taken down and is no longer there. I contacted the seller from the email that was sent to me from realypay at http://support.realypay.com/ The seller refused to contact me back. Then I contacted the system 6 times and they refused to respond. Not only was the website a scam, but apparently realypay is too. I have found several different website addresses for realypay. I believe the website I found is a fake much like the fake paypal websites that pop up. When I traced back on WhoIs it says the site is based out of Montana, but the site comes up in Chinese... here is the link for WhoIs....http://cqcounter.com/whois/domain/realypay.com.html
If you type in www.realypay.com It comes up in Chinese assuming it will even load. I too will be contacting my bank because I am out 114$ as well. -
