I purchased a Palm Coast/Nature's Bed from RTG in 2006. I purchase from this company because the Sales Person was very clear with offering a 10 year warranty on this mattress that 6 years later I clearly remember. This was a large purchase and went to many different stores to do my shopping and I found RTG a better deal because of the warranty. I have never needed it and am not a customer that intending on using it, but I have a bad back and this felt like a small insurance policy if anything went wrong. I contacted RTG in March and was told that the mattress has a 1 year warranty and the extended warranty through the manufacturer is null in void because they went out of business. As I am finding out, I am not the only person who has experienced this issue with this company and this product. I contacted the BBB and they gave them the same response which is stating they aren't going to rectify the situation. RTG is still in business and they should be standing behind this substandard product that they chose to sell to their customers. I am a small business owner and am very concerned about my customers satisfaction on my products and the products I sell, if I don't stand behind them I lose them as a return customer. They are not even offering a replacement or store credit, I am very disappointed with this company.
