Towards the end of May 2012, I was looking @ different online payday loans. Williams Online Credit offered to help...@ some point, after entering application & bank info...I was informed that I would be hearing from them in the near future, but there was a $19 application fee. They ask for next 2 paydates, so I was assuming that the $19 fee would come on out of my account on ,or shortly after, one of those paydates. Subsequently, I never rcvd any other correspondence from this bogus company, either to say we were approved or not approved. This morning, I called my bank & find that my account is NEGATIVE from where this company tried to get their $19. When you call their phone #, it's a series of automated messages...at no point are you able to speak with a real person. I have learned (from their automated responses) that not only will they attempt to take the $19 fee again, but they will also charge an additional $25 fee ='ing a total of $44. What?! First of all, why did they take the money BEFORE payday?? This is CLEARLY a SCAM!!! I did some research & found this page & see that I am not alone. These people are making a fortune off of other people's misfortunes!! Buyers Beware!! I am almost ready to close my account just so they will be able to get not another cent from me!! Williams Online Credit is BOGUS!! By the way, I should reiterate, I have heard absolutely nothing from these people -they never said I was approved/not approved, nothing!
