I am a Pay & Go customer with o2 in the UK & from this number 66333 I received the following texts:
This is what I received in the; 1st Text received; 14/06/2012 @ 12:33:10 PM: FreeMsg> Thanks 4 joining our £25k draw & comp. £25k draw is 12pm each Friday. Your numbers for each draw are 4,9,15,20,21,29
2nd Text received; 14/06/2012 @ 12:34:21 PM: MobCandy FreeMsg> Thanks for joining. You're playing 4 chance 4 £25,000 and guaranteed cash+prizes. U r in for £4 p/w. Txt stop to 66333 to end.Help 08445 445438.

I obviously replied Stop as soon as it was humanly possible to reply as these texts just kept coming, yet still to my amazement £4.00 of credit was stolen from my phone's balance. Firstly how is this legal & secondly where were any terms & conditions for these transactions to be agreed between us? I did not accept any charges nor was I informed that I was even going to be charged at any stage of being a reciepient of a text message. Surely this is deception and fraudulent. When you call the help number and believe me I have called 20 times it says "your call cannot be taken at the moment please leave a message", that may be the only true words spoken by anyone linked with this organisation. I require my money back & I will do everything in my power to find out who is behind this & expose them. NJB
