I am UK sole trader in consumer electrics



In January i purchased 8 iPhone 4s's from Lazo De Boston, www.lazodeboston.com, i was put in contact with Mr Herchel Biddy who is the owner of the company. I did the transaction for $5640 with Herchel in January and awaiting the package.



I finally received the package on 25th January but upon opening it found it to be 2 empty iPhone boxes!



Upon closer inspection the registerd weight of the box was 1lb 8ounces, 8 fully packed iPhones would weigh well over 10lbs alone, so clearly they were never in the package.



I contacted Herchel Biddy asking for an explanation and he claimed that USPS must have tampered with the package. Due to the weight of the box i knew this to not be true.



I contacted the BBB which the Business is accredited by and they asked him for an explanation. He responded saying the full refund would be issued by 16th March. This date came and no refund was given.



I then sent Herchel a 30 day demand letter, he agreed to the terms and promised the money would be paid by 17th April. Again this date came and no refund.



I then contacted the Attorney General Office for mediation. I talked through my case but they declined it as they only deal with consumer complaints and can not get involved in business to business affairs.
