This Scam was a fee to receive a $3,000 loan based on my credit information. Flagship Mutual 350 church st 12th floor, Hartford, CT 06103. www.flagshipmutual.com Local 860-928-1910 Tool-Free: 1-888-973-2837 Fax: 860-838-4775. The fee was called a Collateral Payment Amount. A personal loan for $3000.00 at (9.00%) Per Annum for 24 months / 2 years with monthly payments of $ 136.25 USD. The loan principal was to be direct deposited into my checking account. I spoke and negotiated this loan agreement with Judith Dudley, [email protected]. Senior loan officer. Douglass Tran CEO Flagship Mutual. I paid the fee or collateral payment by money gram $408.75. I also received Lender and Broker documents as required by law.
