Hi,

I won a bid for a £60 voucher. When you get email confirmation of your win, in the 'very' small print it says that this also includes a platinum membership for 7 days. If you don't cancel it within 7 days, you are then tied to a 3 month contract which is then taken from your bank/credit card at £58.99 per month. To get out of the contract you have to pay £28. This is not made clear and doesn't even show in your Ziinga account as a transaction.

I didn't realise this until I got my credit card bill. The first payment went out on 9th May, the second on the 9th June. I just rang Ziinga and have been able to prevent the third going out on 9th July but this has cost another £28. This means that they have taken a total of £145.98 from me and I have nothing to show for this.
I told them that it was disgraceful and that they should make this upfront and clear but they just said that I should have read the smallprint on my receipt for the voucher! I can't believe that I've been had like this.

Be warned!
