On April 18th,2012 I contacted this company to by a desk top computer,they told me my payments would be 100.00 a month, which they took out April's that day, then 2 weeks later I received a contract to sign, I signed it & in May they took out another 100.00. They have my debit card on file for the payments,They said it would be 6 to 8 weeks before I would receive my computer it has been 8 weeks & no computer, they will take another 100.00 out on June 20th.I have read some very bad reviews on this co, since I did this.I want my money back.asap.I'm on a fixed income.

Our finance company needed to recieve $300.00 before we will ship out your computer, which was stated to you by Victor and on your contract that you signed and sent back. We have made several attempts to contact you by phone to let you know that this is how our program worked. Which yes on the 20th of June your last payment of $100.00 was made to reach $300 because you are MONTHLY. You have since recieved your Desktop. So you will not be recieving any monies back because you have the Product in your possession. If you have any questions, Please feel free to give us a call. 888/422-5226. Also as for BBB we are not the only Guaranteed Computer Credit on the Web. And as for the Complaints we have solved any issues on our part. -
