I placed a magazine subscription for 12 issues from Urban 1, Inc. I placed the order in November, 2011 & it is now June, 2012. It says I should get my magazine in 90-120 days or I am entitled to a refund. I have called & left 2 messages that have not been returned & have sent 2 "contact us" messages off of their website. The phone number no longer connects to a person/machine.
