Complaint 124660 Details

There were (2) checks that were fraud dated 6/4/12 in the amounts of $316.40 and $313.48 made payable to Healing Center and endorsed by Soon K. Kim. These charges were deducted from my M&T checking account on 6/5/12. I did not authorize these transactions and have never heard of or talked to the Healing Center or Soon K. Kim. In the memo part of the (2) checks that were fraud was a customer service number of 888-907-0666. I have left several nasty messages at this number without any return calls. I filed an Affidavit of Forgery Alteration Unauthorized Checks with M&T Bank on 6/6/12. What I don't understand is why M&T Bank would honor those (2) checks which are fraud and now I am out a total of $629.88. M&T Bank should have reimbursed me right away for those charges while they investigate this scam but they haven't. I want Healing Center and Soon K. Kim to reimburse me for the total charges of $629.88 which they stole from me.
