I ordered the 10.5" tablet received it it would not power on. Sent it back on May 11 and they keep telling they haven't received it so there is nothing they can do. In other words they just made some free money.

- Whenever you return anything to a company, make sure that you get the shipping numbers. Then you can keep track online as to when the order is received. That way you have proof the order was returned and received.
