Ordered only 1 EZ Eyes Keyboard in March 2012. It took 6 weeks for the keyboard to arrive and instead of 1 they had sent 2 and charged extra $7.95 for shipping and handling, plus the extra $10.00 for the other glow in the dark keyboard that I didn't approve. The keyboards came in the same box so why am I being charged for separate shipping and handling? The bill should have been $32.90 since I was supposed to be charged $10.00 extra for a glow in the dark keyboard. What a joke that was, when I called to say the keyboard did not glow in the dark, I was told that you have to sit the keyboard in the sun every few days to get it to glow. Who is going to disconnect a keyboard from their computer every few days to sit it in the sun? When I looked on my credit card statement, I had been billed $50.85. Like some of the other complaints there was no order statement in the box. Needless to say, I sent everything back to them. At least I was blessed to get part of my money back, however it should have all been sent back except $7.95.

I called the company and was told they had a promotion going and they were sending out 2 keyboards and 2 mice to everyone as a bargain to the customer. I told the rep that it's not a bargain to the customer unless you are not charging extra for the shipping. The keyboard is so flimsy it was hard to key on. This company is just taking advantage of customers.

I sent a complaint to the Better Business Bureau and was told that Consumer Direct had not answered the complaint and it would be dropped. I guess if it's a small amount of money, it's OK to rip off the consumer. DO NOT, DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING THAT IS BACKED BY CONSUMER DIRECT. THEY ARE BIG TIME SCAMMERS THAT STAY JUST INSIDE THE LAW TO BE ABLE TO GET OVER ON PEOPLE. They know the law and know if they ignore the BBB, they will just go away.
