I almost fell for tsca. There is no telephone # or web address on the noitice of winning. The letter also wanted me to send 20.00. I have always heard not to send money to win a prize because that mans i is a scam. This is not right. I have mential dssabilites and am gullible sometimes. This one almost got me.
