I had a similar experience with this company. Ordered two pair of Teva sandals and order was "pending" for several weeks. I contacted Paypal and opened a claim. When Paypal contacted seller I was given a tracking number and within a day my "package" was in Chicago. Now it is in Louisville on its way to my city.
Then I did some research and found Scambook with all the complaints. Yes, I am expecting a package from Anne-Shoes tomorrow or next day and expect it will NOT be the sandals.
I just spoke with a Paypal agent and he instructed me to refuse delivery of the package, and once the postoffice registered the package to be returned to seller Paypal would refund my money. Agent told me that Paypal had already stopped doing business with this company.
