The damages I'm claiming come from my having paid for bids.

The scam these people are perpetrating, however, has to do with dishonesty in the bidding process itself. I lost out on one item I was bidding on because I was thrown from the site (I was multitasking and did not lose my connections to other sites, only to Bidrack's). I lost several items I was bidding on because the timer did not count down the entire way; the winning bidder got the item at times ranging from 4 seconds to "going once." I also lost out on an item because my bid button mysteriously stopped working even though I had plenty of bids in my account.

I've also noticed that the people who bid a lot on one item never seem to win them. Rather, someone comes in and bids perhaps 1 to 15 times and inexplicably wins the item even though I am still bidding.

They claim to have a win guarantee; however, when you try and get your losing bids back, they give you a list of additional requirements for getting this done that are NOT stated on their website.

This website is a total scam. Save your time and money and stay clear of them.
