This address and phone number combination and e-mail address has been used with many scam site that I've found through my search (International Design Center, LLC, Linkup Central).

I'm currently waiting until Monday when the post office can cancel the shipment so I can get my money back.
Hopefully all goes smoothly and good luck to anyone who has dealt with these people.

I will update this as information changes.

I have also found that the proper usage of the domain name for SazzleLLC is SazzLelLc.com.

I have notified the FBI, Google, Sony, Nintendo, ASUS, Acer, Samsung, and Microsoft.
This should cover fraud and copyright infringement.

  • Hello Kyle. We have no order in that amount under your name. Did you happen do use a fraudulent or someone else's credit card? Interesting, we have no problem answering to any of these companies you have contacted. We also have no problem cancelling your order and submitting a refund if you have already paid for your order, that is if we could find it. Maybe you ordered in someone else's name??? That seems pretty fishy.

  • And could it also be possible there is more than one company with the name of Sazzle? You should not assume things and put other companies information up and accuse and assume things before having concrete answers. What you are doing is involving other companies that have no connection with us simply from a name which you can have more than one company with the same name in different states. Why don't you send us your contact information and we will give you a call regarding your order, because we have no record of this order with the name on the card used as "kyle". You must have used someone else's information to place your order.

  • My girlfriend actually ordered it as gift for me before I go to basic training. If you'd look closely at that order number it would show that it is to be shipped to me.

    We are a wholesaler as well, yes we can admit that somedays it is hard to answer or return calls depending on volume. That is not a good excuse I know but that is the issue at hand. What we will do is have someone from management call you tomorrow regarding this order. We will be issuing a refund tomorrow which you should see Tues or Wed. We are sorry you felt the need to put yourself through all of this research as a lot of it is misinformation that isn't correct. I understand and commend you for what you have done here, you have to protect yourself and understandably that is what you have done. Again, not all of your research is correct and you are referencing another company that we have no affiliation with above. We will be calling the phone number listed on your order tomorrow to discuss the cancellation of your order tomorrow.

  • I am the OWNER of the building in Houston that Saz Wholesale claims to occupy (11511 N Petropark Drive, Houston 77041). THEY ARE NOT A TENANT OF MINE. Every address in Petropark Business Park is DIFFERENT to include the building they claim to occupy. There is no suite A, B, C. It is simply the address they have posted. These guys are frauds. I have received at least two complaints from individuals who contacted me because I own the building. One was apparently defrauded by Saz Wholesale and the other almost was. Stay away from these guys. They DO NOT answer their phones and are NOT who they say they are. By the way, I contacted the owner of the LA address that Saz says they occupy. He has never heard of them either.

NO MATTER WHAT THEY SAY NOW TO KYLE, THEY ARE FRAUDS AS THEY ARE FRAUDULENTLY ADVERTISING THEIR BUSINESS, USING PHYSICAL ADDRESSES WHICH ARE NOT OWNED/LEASED/OCCUPIED/USED BY SAZ WHOLESALE.   • Ok, everyone. I am on to how they get their "addresses". They look for properties that are currently listed for sale or lease. That is how they got my Houston location (it is occupied but NOT by them) and the LA location. It is apparently the way they got their "distribution" address. Know this, Saz. I am a commercial real estate broker and you have torqued me off. I am going to follow EVERY address you post and expose you if it is fradulent. Get used to it. Kyle and onetimeuser, want to help me out? You both seem pretty tenacious!

  • Lol. Sounds acceptable. I just received an e-mail that stated they are refunding my money. Still, never received a phone call. If/when it gets sent to my bank account I will look at the information provided to me by my bank and follow up on that. Either way, I have a receipt of refund, proof of purchase, and failed shipment documentation that will get me my money back.

  • I want to thank both of you for posting here. I ordered two tablets as gifts for a birthday and father's day. Paid extra shipping so it would be here asap for the birthday. Got shipping notification on Tuesday and as of yesterday it still hadn't left the shipper's address. Then tonight I noticed a refund message in my junk mail that was sent yesterday. shipped. So I started looking into more tonight. After calling and emailing the company to express my anger, I found this. Called my Credit Card company and they are reporting the company and getting my money back. What the hell is wrong with some people that they feel they need to do this?

  • Hey mildlyirritated, thanks for posting here. Please file a complaint with the BBB-Greater New Orleans who are "on it" ! Also, this complaint is a separate issue and I am not sure how scambook.com is supposed to work? Does each person with a separate complaint file a new complaint? there are now at least three separate complaints, 123250, 123390, and 123658 and I find it confusing me as I have to monitor each one. what do you think?

    Also, now that individuals are working together to gather information to lead to recovery of losses and getting the fraudulent operations known, there must be a better way to coordinate this?

    How much did you lose? If sazwholesale debited your credit card, and you didn't get the merchandise, and you had to go to your credit card company, then they attempted to defraud you. Maybe it is because of Petropark who started this complain process by filing with the BBB in Texas, who forwarded it to BBB in Louisiana, who sent a letter to our address (fraudulently claimed by saz), and then it snowballed after that....

    Why don't you help by following up with BBB-Greater New Orleans! It will help to add fuel to the fire.

  • Anytime ontimeuser. I will file a complaint with them also. I am not sure how this site works. I signed up just so I could post on this after finding others had the same problem as me. I wonder if there is an admin we can contact to see why they aren't linked. I have been watching all three also to see if anyone is making progress. This one is easy. I get a message anytime you post! There must be a better way I agree. I am not even sure if this site takes any action against the companies or if it is just a place for 'users' to work together??
    I will file a report on the site if we think it will help anything! I know when you google search the company these complaints are the first items to show up! So that will be helpful to others. I lost $575.26 :(
    They did the debit but I have not received the credit and received notification on Saturday my order was refunded. Pretty much the exact situation as Kyle!
    I will call the BBB-Greater New Orleans.

    If there is anything else I can do to help with this I would love to!

    If there is a better way for us to communicate I am open to that also.

  • They have yet to refund it. I'm going to the bank tomorrow to get it sorted if it doesn't come through today. I understand that it does take a bit for it go through with past usage of refund systems and Bank of America takes awhile for transfers anyways.

    Also, they are all connected. There's a page that shows complaints of SAZ Wholesale. The only reason that yours isn't connected is because you reported "sazwholesale.com". I'm sure they get the picture, though.

  • Kyle, I listed mine under Sazzle LLC after I saw your complaint. My son wanted the Cosmo Black 3DS and I saw it had the Oscarina of Time with it, thought I was being thrifty and smart. I havent been refunded yet.

  • Wsh4mgc when did you receive your refund receipt message? Banks/Credit Card companies can take up to 10 business days to post a credit. Maybe we will all get lucky and our money will be returned to our banks/credit cards but I am doubtful. I feel horrible that I could possibly lose $600 over this. But am going to do all I can to not. Thanks again everyone!

  • Sorry guys. Talked to AG today: In writing, complaints should also be addressed to the Attorney General, State of Louisiana, Attn: Lisha Landry, 1885 North Third St., Baton Rouge, LA 70802. Be sure to cross-reference any complaint with these other entities as Saz is trying to "morph" into other entities staying one step in front of the law.

  • I'm currently in the process of writing to the Attorney General of Louisiana. On a side note, fill out IRS form 3949-A. This form is to report a business or persons who is not claiming their money, which Saz obviously did not do. Send all of your information you have(e.g. e-mails, receipts, printed statements from banks) or they will not consider the information.
