I was contacted by someone while I was at work threatening to file a lawsuit against me for something he was unwilling to tell me about. He was a man with an Indian accent, when I tried to ask him more he kept telling I had to talk to the Lawyer Michael Clarke, the he was just a Paralegal and he gave me the number of 415-329-4952. This man even had my SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER which totally freaked me out, especially since my bank account was hacked 2 days prior for $194.24. I tried to call the number and it was constantly busy. In the meantime I googled it and found there was a scam. However I felt I needed to keep trying to call. I did get through after about 40 minutes and a man who sounded exactly like the one who originally called me told me I was being sued by Cash Advance USA for not paying a cash advance I took from them. About a month ago I had a charge on my bank account from them for $30.00 and I tried to get my money back and there was no response on any of there phone numbers on their web site so my bank is handling it. When I told this man he was full of it and that he was a liar and that if I found out they use my information in any way I would not only sue them but find people to hunt them down he backed off. But was not truthful nor forthcoming so I told to f himself and hung up... This is a huge scam..
