    • Saz Wholesale Complaint / User Submitted Image #123250

SAZ Wholesale is using two physical addresses, one in Texas and one in Louisiana, both of which are fraudulent uses as SAZ Wholesale does not occupy these addresses. The true occupants of these addresses have placed complaints with the Better Business Bureaus and Attorneys Generals of the respective states. Beware doing business with SAZ Wholesale

Update: 06/13/2012

Saz Wholesale DOES NOT:

1) occupy 3030 Lausat St as they claim in their website
2) occupy the Petropark site in Houston as they claim in their website

Update: 06/13/2012

3) does not have a physical address, a working phone number or a real email address, at least as of 6/13/12, 2:35pm
4) debit credit cards in its own name but uses "Sazzle LLC"

Update: 06/13/2012

, and which had a website as of June 10, 2012 which listed another physical address in Metairie, LA 3228 Metairie Rd, yet another unoccupied store front

Update: 06/13/2012

5) follow through with refunding persons filing complaints on this site for Saz Wholesale, for Sazwholesale.com, for Sazzle LLC or for any other entity associated with "Saz"
6) respond to phone, email or mail

Update: 06/14/2012

Formal charges filed with Attorney General by us by U.S. Mail.

  • I personally work for Saz Wholesale. This is an invalid post!! You will find that our TX address is a business park building where there are multiple businesses therefore there is not 1 "true occupant" according to this post. Also why have the true occupants not come forward on this site but you have. You say you were scammed for 1000.00 yet our order limit on our site is under 1000.00 so what you are stating is ficticious!! Could be a competitor upset that we are able to sell cheaper than them. PLEASE DISREGARD THIS POST IT IS NOT "TRUE" INFORMATION

  • Unfortunately, both the true occupants of the Texas and Louisiana addresses have come forward, but to the authorities regarding the fraudulent use of another person's address. Check the Department of Justice for Identity Theft where you will see that the fraudulent use of another persons information is a CRIME. Readers of this post should be aware that Saz Wholesale DOES NOT OPERATE OUT OF THE TWO PHYSICAL ADDRESSES WHICH IT PURPORTS TO DISTRIBUTE ITS PRODUCTS FROM.

  • That's funny because I was duped into buying a 3DS and lost out on $163.92. The package still hasn't been taken to the Post Office for over a week now. So, disregard what he says and do not purchase from Saz Wholesale, to whom you will never get a call back from not an e-mail update nor will you be able to contact them in anyway because their phones are all disconnected except the one for their store front. Look into Sazzle LLC and compare addresses. This is what comes up on your bank statement if you order from them. The phone number on their transaction I'd is also disconnected. And. Don't bother trying to call Sazzle Graphics and Screen Printing, either. They won't pick up.

  • Thanks Kyle! Figured that this was a fraud as it uses fraudulent information in its advertising. Both physical locations for the 15,000 square feet it claims it has are occupied by legitimate businesses unrelated to this company and both have initiated complaints to the authorities.

  • I checked the Secretary of State, LA. there is a legitimate company filed with SOS for Sazzle LLC. Go to Sos.la.gov>commercial>search database; it's free. The 3228 Metairie Road is a fake address also. More to follow.

  • Further to the comment earlier regarding the legitimacy of Sazzle LLC, the company filing with the Sect of State, they used an unoccupied residence as the company domicile and the neighbor said that the house was unoccupied for several months during which time the filing was made to the State. This is another instance of fraud.

That will be reported to the Sect of State as well. Readers should search all instances of Saz Wholesale, sazwholesale, sazwholesale.com, sazzle llc, sazzlellc, and sazzlellc.com as common cross-references for the same fraud.

Complaints should also be addressed to the Attorney General, State of Louisiana, Attn: Lisha Landry, 1885 North Third St., Baton Rouge, LA 70802. Be sure to cross-reference any complaint with these other entities as Saz is trying to "morph" into other entities staying one step in front of the law.
