I applied for a payday loan on Zip19.com. Out of nowhere, a $30 electronic check charge hit my account, from Capital Advance. I don't even know who they are. I have never done business with them and I did not authorize any charge from anyone! I want my money back! This is a fraudulent charge...an outright scam. I belive that they phished my information online, when I applied with zip19 loans.
