I went to apply for a school loan from mutual credit solutions and was told that I was approved for a secure loan and signed documents stating that if I supply $790.16 Western Union to a private lender in Barcelona Spain on 08/02/2011 I would get my funds the next day. I spoke with a Gary Maddox who works with high risk loans, and assured me the process was complete and I would receive my $5000 08/03/2011. I then got a phone call on 08/03/2011 from a Clint at number 1877-745-1940 ext.906 stating that the lender wants another $790.16 to secure the loan. I freaked because I sent all the money I had and was assured that I would receive my funds for school. Clint was very unhelpful and I told them I felt like this was a scam and I was being jerked around. I told him I wanted my $790.16 plus Western Union fee now totaling $852 back. Clint stated that IF I get it back I have to wait until 08/23/2011 to receive the full $852 to my account. I am very skeptical and honestly scared I will not get this money back. That is all I have and I did my part for the loan in reference to filling out paperwork, providing documentation, and securing funds that they asked for. I depended on this loan, and once again stated there was no problem and everything would go according to plan. Now I cannot pay my bills for the month of August and I feel like I was ripped off and I hope this does not happen to anyone else who needs a loan. I feel like if they did this now, are they really going to give me back my refund? I can provide my loan agreement that I signed if necessary. All their paperwork looked legitimate. I even typed in their company name and no scam information came up before going through with this bogus loan. There should be something done. I contacted the Better Business Bureau of Florida, which I recommend all of you do. As well as contacting the FBI cybercrime unit. I am not sure if they use different company names or what, but it seems they scammed alot of people around the same time.
