Approximately 5 months ago I responded to an advert online for the sale of a Camcorder. I then had to wait for a Voucher to be e-mailed with instructions and Identification details for redemption on the pre-paid offer. The voucher was received a coule of days later with a URL address to contact for Redemption with a coupon code number and a socalled 'secret code'
I have tried to enter the URL address a number of times and each time, the computor comes up with the answer ' Not recognised'. I have also tried to contact Insight Body and get no satisfaction there
