Ordered shoes online from Rios and they didn't come. Open a complaint with PayPal and escalated it to a claim. PayPal closed the case when the seller produced a shipping number. I received a shower cap in the mail. PayPal closed the claim because of the shipping proof with no help to me. I feel like I was duped twice.
